WRIST MOVEMENT SERIES
This three part series will serve as an intro to wrist mechanics. We will deep dive into the meanings of flexion, extension, pronation, supination, radial deviation, and ulnar deviation. From there we will take look at how these movements will play a roll in how the shaft moves and how the club face is effected with each one.

WRIST FLEXION/EXTENSION
How wrist flexion and extension influences shaft movements and face alignment.

WRIST RADIAL/ULNAR DEVIATION
This video will discuss how radial deviation (aka wrist hinge) effects club movements.

FOREARM PRONATION/SUPINATION
While pronation and supination aren't truly wrist movements, they fit nicely while discussing this topic. This video will give you a better understanding of how forearm rotation can influence shaft movements.
